Member in Good Standing is the status assigned to a Member of the Suri Network when he or she has remained current on SN dues. Being a Member in good standing affirms the Member’s commitment to the vision of the Suri Network, reflected in its Code of Ethics, to which all members are bound. It is expected that members in good standing will work collaboratively to strengthen the Suri Network and will not engage in any activities that will bring discredit to the Suri Network. Any member that violates the Suri Network's Code of Ethics is subject to suspension or expulsion of their membership by the Board of Directors.

Code of Ethics
All staff, board members, members and volunteers of the Suri Network will act with honesty, integrity and openness in all their dealings as representatives of the organization, and will promote ethical conduct within the alpaca industry. All staff, board members, members and volunteers with follow the minimum standards of care as published by the International Camelid Institute. The Suri Network promotes a working environment that values respect, fairness and integrity.
